PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Chiarella joined Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in 2005 as Vice President. In this position, he specializes in tenant and landlord representation of office, flex and industrial space as well as investment sales, leasing and lease analysis. Over 5 years experience in commercial real estate throughout the Central and Northern New Jersey markets.

Mr. Chiarella began his real estate career in 2002 with Dickstein Real Estate Services as a Tenant Representation specialist. In 2003, Mr. Chiarella joined Paramount Realty Services as Director of Tenant Representation. Prior to joining Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in 2005, Mr. Chiarella was Vice President with the Richter Organization in Eatontown, NJ.

Mr. Chiarella received his New Jersey real estate broker’s license in November 2006.
