PRINCETON, NJ, JANUARY 8, 2010 – John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., is pleased to announce that Vice Presidents Mario Chiarella and Mark Fowler recently completed the lease transaction of 26,614 square feet of office space located at One University Square in Princeton, NJ.  Chiarella and Fowler represented the tenant, AXIS Reinsurance Company, a specialty insurance and reinsurance company.

One University Square is a five-story, 313,000 SF, Class A office building located in the heart of Princeton’s business district.  AXIS Reinsurance has leased 26,614 square feet of second floor office space to house the firm’s new Global Accident and Health Division. The company is expected to begin occupancy in Spring 2010.
