(WCB) is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President, Aaron Mittleman has been awarded WCB’s “2007 Broker of the Year Award” based on dollar volume in sales and leases for 2007 for the second consecutive year. 

Mr. Aaron Mittleman, specializes in the sale and leasing of investment properties, including shopping centers, apartment houses, office buildings, retail properties and industrial properties. Recent transactions completed by Aaron Mittleman on behalf of the buyer have included: a $6.2 million medical/office building in Glen Ridge, a $7 million office building in Mount Arlington and most recently an $8.7 million, 128,000 sf industrial building in Neptune City, NJ.

Mr. Mittleman joined WCB in 2002 as a sales associate. Since joining the company, Mr. Mittleman has been promoted three times: to Assistant Vice President, Vice President and Senior Vice President. Prior to joining WCB, Mr. Mittleman worked as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
