PRINCETON, NJ, FEBRUARY 8, 2010 – Mario Chiarella, vice president and manager of Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s Central NJ office, is pleased to announce that Broker Associate, Karen Anderson recently completed the lease transaction of 3,375 square feet of retail space located at 210 Nassau Street in Princeton, NJ. 

Anderson represented the tenant, Thurin Atelier, a wedding dress and evening gown designer specializing in custom made bridal gowns.  Thurin Atelier has leased 3,375 square feet of space at 210 Nassau Street to house the designer’s new retail location.  The tenant began occupancy on January 1, 2010.  The landlord/owner of the building represented himself.
