Working on behalf of the buyer, Mittleman was responsible for the sale of the 128,000 square foot industrial building located at 211 W. Sylvania Avenue in Neptune City, NJ. The building is currently occupied by a single tenant with seven years remaining on their lease.  The building sold for approximately $8.7 million.
